Welcome to ParkBench
ParkBench is a free support community created specifically for people living with young-onset Parkinson’s disease (YOPD). When symptoms begin before age 50. Here, you’ll find connection, clarity, and courage alongside others who understand the unique challenges of navigating Parkinson’s during active stages of life.
Who We Are
ParkBench brings together individuals on a shared journey to connect, share stories, learn together, and build meaningful community. Young-onset Parkinson’s affects approximately 10–20% of people with Parkinson’s and often intersects with careers, parenting, relationships, and planning for the future.
Unlike traditional support groups, ParkBench focuses on individuals who are newly diagnosed or early in their Parkinson’s journey, offering a space that honors where you are right now.
